Fixing technical problems with Bluetooth and wireless laptop cards
The Vodafone card help file has some useful comments on port conflicts between your Vodafone software and in-built Blue tooth and wifi cards. In practice, you need to check your control panel/ system/ hardware/ device manager settings. Vodafone uses two ports (probably 11 and 12), and Bluetooth takes the rest! Disable your Bluetooth on the ports on either side of you Vodafone utilities – probably 10 and 13). This works.
