Loops for what purpose? Paid? Free? What do you mean by efx? VST fx, or samples of fx?

As you can see by my OP, i am still very new to FL, so am still learning all the phrases and how to use the program, but what i was looking for is just places to download free samples, sounds, plug-ins etc...
If you can recommend a good place to get tips, user guides and manuals, that would also be cool!

I'm going to be difficult, and recommend Reaper instead, unless you have bought Fruity Loops, in which case I'll not say what I am about to say...
