FLAC to MP3 Collection

Whats the best way to batch convert these files?

I have Foobar which works - but it dumps everything in a single folder. I want it mirrored to the FLAC collection

If you're running Linux you can write a quick bash script using ffmpeg to convert. I find this is the best method when converting large amounts of files.

For windows, Free studio from DVDVideoSoft. Just pay attention to the install process and un-tick the extra crap.

For Windows use Mediamonkey. The free version only allows for this conversion for the first month, but you can always re-install it.
