Flash Carousel?

I am creator of HeadbangToday.com...

As you can see, the top flash news scroller, can be improved. And as I was advised by FarligOpptreden (corrected )
It was brought to my attention that a flash carousel which can promote new content on the site will be a lot better and more visually appetizing.

Now... My flash skills are somewhat limited and I am unable to design a Carousel. Anyone perhaps know of any software that I can use to create something to that effect? (obviously the content on the carousel should be linkable.)

I wasn't referring to a FLASH Carousel, per se, but a Carousel of sorts. You can get away nicely by using many of the jQuery widgets available on the net. I would honestly recommend the jQuery route as opposed to the Flash route - the links in the jQuery carousel should be crawlable by the search engine crawlers, while the Flash carousel could prove problematic in that regard. The other benefit, of course, is that users can simply click "Open in new tab" and not be FORCED to open in the current window / tab. An example would be the site in my signature...
