Flash content on Safari, WTF

What I have: SWF developed at Flash CS5 FLA, output to Flash Player 10; actionscript 2. The SWF makes us of movies placed on the timeline. AS in the movies allow the timeline to advance or stop where needed. HTML structure hosting the SWF in an AP Div. Current Safari on Mountain Lion What it does: on my computer: works as intended uploaded to the web: apparently ignores all AS embedded inside movies on the timeline; only reacts to AS on the main timeline. Have no idea why, but the uploaded (web-hosted) version works just fine when viewed with Firefox. I know Apple recently updated Safari's behaviour towards Flash, but this is a little ridiculous. Any clues? :cry:
