IF it is your Xbox that is faulty you have already paid for the licence and should just be required to pay for the new media.. R10? You could even argue that quite easily.

Thanks for the info. My bro bought a xbox360 today and the GOW disc got scratched within a few hours and is utterly useless now. Thx to you the problem can hopefully be sorted out on monday :)
