If the CSC code for my country doesn't come with the firmware, can I set it manually?

I never had to change mine, just flashed the firmware via Odin.

But check this site out http://www.sammobile.com they usually have south african firmware. Returned my P7500 back to stock using this site.

Ya but SA firmware is usually old cuz vodascum and mt**** take a lifetime to approve updates. Currently using the German ROM on my note, Used for 4.03, then went to local for 4.0.4 and with the 4.0.4 update I went to germany

Its a pain I agree. Thats why my S2 is Korean. Our ISPs really need to improve on their delivery of updates.
