Flashing Stock ROM, XFE or XFA?

So I need to flash the Stock TouchWiz ROM onto my S3 Mini. I went over to sammobile.com and got to the firmware page, but there's 3 different versions available: XFA, XFE and XFV. XFV it says is for Vodacom, so we'll ignore that one.

I got my device from Cell C, and luckily I took a photo of my "about phone" page, and it seems that XFA is the one I need, because the PDA = I8190XXAMC1 , which corresponds to the numbers in my "about phone" page.

Just wanted to make sure that I was on the right track. Am I?

Use XFA.

What is MTN then? Older threads say XFM, but that option isn't available. It's either XFE or XFA, which one would work on MTN?
