flashing xbox benq

Hi guys i am a neewbee to flashing xbox,but i know the basics.
So i have a benq drive and a mobo that suports a p4 (very pld) but has a ICH5 chipset which actually can detect my xbox when i cinnect to the pc.
The problem is that when i press benq unocl on jungle flasher it says unlock error.
what should i do?

Also what shop in Cape Town sells via pci6421 sata cards, so that i may flash my 360 easily.?

try watch a youtube vid its the best way, wouldnt like to run into that blindly and doing it manually its a risk you take, i would presonally take it into a shop or someone who does it that side, also of the pros use the ck3 pro and connectivity kit which does it also easier, rather watch some videos or jump onto #fw on irc server: irc.umich.edu

Not a good topic to bring up on these forums but anyway, your chipset is fine you only really need the via card for samsungs(you can try cafe viva if you really want one). Benq unlock rarely works, just tray half open the drive and then press intro/device id under the mtkflash32 tab in jungleflasher and you're good to go

It should work fine with the chipset you have - BenQ's are fairly easy to do. The JF tut is pretty simple to follow just read it through step by step and you can't go wrong.

Otherwise best would be to visit a 360 dedicated forum like 360 mods net. A very helpful bunch there.

Rather just swap out, don't bother with a repair, it won't last.
