Good point, I pasted it from the privateproperty advert - once it is approved, I will paste the link.

It has a balcony yes - with trellidoor fitted. Reasonably good view of Centurion CBD from the balcony - enough space for a braai etc.

Price is R6,000pm with a R6,000 deposit - standard 12 month lease, 1 month notice.

I don't mind posting here - the more info the better. The complex is called Aldea and is between Loucharl and Vista in Rantkant Crescent. It overlooks John Vorster drive but the entrance is on the either side (in Rantkant). PM me if you want to view the unit in June.

It's my flat (was going to be the next question) and my tenant is moving out end June.
