We are a company looking for a junior developer to help develop and enhance our current products which is used by companies in the sport and corporate industry. Our 4 flag ship products are written in Flex, Action Script and ColdFusion and we are in the process of starting to developing Android and IOS applications.
You will need the following skills and experience:
Experience\Qualifications:
• Degree or equivalent tertiary qualification with a computer science major from a recognized technikon or university.
• Minimum of 1 year commercial experience developing software
Flex:
• Experience in Flex 3.5 and Action Script 3, Flex 4 an advantage
• Experience using Frameworks: Mate
Android:
• Experience in Android mobile application development
IOS:
• Experience in IOS mobile application development
Database:
• Must have relational database experience
• Be comfortable constructing complex high performance SQL queries
General:
• Must be comfortable with implementing OO designs.
• Subversion or similar version control tool experience is an advantage.
• Must have working knowledge of either Eclipse
Attributes:
• Be able to work overtime and standby when required.
• Needs to be able to work in a team.
