Flexicell - Are they fraudsters?

I had a problem with them recently where they have been organising SPAM messages and refusing to say where they get the numbers (illegal).

In doing some further digging about the company, I noticed Wendy Knowler had a go at them. They also have a HUGE amount of complaints on Hello Peter, nearly all saying the same thing: Unauthorized deduction from bank account ...

My question is, why on earth are they still in business?

Why does Vodacom still deal with them, albeit through Strike Media?

It appears their CEO, Laughton Appollis, is a former lawyer, which makes me wonder why he changed direction.

looking for contact details of FLEXICELL... they are deducting funds from a pensioner's account for last 20 years. the bank says they can't stop the debit order. PLEASE, YOUR SUPPORT WOULD BE HIGHLY APPRECIATED.

No longer do clients have to waste precious airtime waiting for someone on Flexicell's 0861 line to deal with their issue - they can SMS 39131 with the word "Help" and their account number, and they'd be called back within 48 hours, Peckham said.

I have no idea if this is still working.
