Flickering graphics

I have a new Force3d 4850 graphics card(not OC) and every time I start playing a game these strange lines start flickering on the screen and the screen goes blank every now and then. This lasts for about 5-10 minutes then the game works perfectly fine.

I have tried reinstalling the drivers, wiping the old ones out with driver sweeper, didn't work.

Also tried taking a screenshot of the problem but the screenshot looks normal.

Happens in every game.

Any idea on what can be causing the problem.

All games, but in Fallout I noticed it happens mostly when Im looking at my pip-boy.


Fresh install necessary for a graphics card?

possibility that your Force3d card is faulty... that brand is very prone to being faulty

I am not sure hey but i always load my system fresh if i have problem to ensure they the problems are not infact windows.

Could it be something to do with me using a DVI/HD15 adapter?

But you say after a while the problem goes away?

What psu do you have?
