Floracliffe(110) Tower

Sorry guys ands girls but I'm so confused on where to post this.

I'm living in Fairland and are at this stage connected to tower 82(Possible RadioKop)with weak signal and a lot of signal loss caused by the slightes wind. My question is, is tower 110 Floracliffe up and running and if not when is the ETA??
