Florinef Shortage.. Urgently needed..

urgently looking for the Medicine called "Florinef". It is used to treat patients (and in this case, my friends' children) who have CAH. "Congenital adrenal hyperplasia" is a collection of genetic conditions that limit your adrenal glands' ability to make certain vital hormones. There is a Nation-wide shortage of this particular drug and she only has 3 days left before she runs out completely. Her children have been taking this medicine for the past 24 years and it is vital to their survival.

Who told you that? It seems to be the default excuse for not having something on hand. Try a bigger private hospital in-house pharmacy.

Also, surely there is a substitute you can use instead? My medical knowledge isn't that great but I'd imagine one of the other drugs in the same category might have the desired effect.

Alternatively you could just order it online. Probably illegal but hey if its needed for survival... Don't think it'll arrive in 3 days though. Waited too long.
