Do I need to watch the video in the link and them someone talks in the video about the staged narrative? No text in there that I can see.
Edit: And the supposed link to the "Official Accident Report here" just gives the story much like in any of the other news sites, low quality website with possible fake assertions like "Official Accident Report here"

The initial page has text which is quickly replaced by the video page auto loading, you need to be quick on your browser's "stop" button to read the text on that initial page load.
It doesn't contain much apart from amateurish speculation though.
