FM Modulater MP3 player

Hi, I am looking at getting something like this

Does anybody have one and do you get one with a random function? I , don't think these do and that sucks if you have a lot of MP3 on your flash drive.

That costs way more and I already have a mp3 player that I can plug into a unit like this but I want one with a random function for when I want to play mp3 from my USB stick.
