FNB and PayPal

Trying to register as a non FNB customer to use the PayPal withdraw function. But when I submit my form , I get (E6) , Unknow Error. FNB having issues?

Mine gets sent straight to my Capitec Global One card.

Yes, but I need to register 1st on FNB. They are the only bank the facilitates withdrawls. Im with Std Bank.

How long does a withdrawal take on Capitec? Im with FNB and it takes 7 days usually.

It takes 2 days max. Few weeks back it took a little over 24 hours.

Seriously doubt Capitec provides a service to withdraw money from PayPal to your bank account as FNB is the only bank in the country affiliated and allowed to process PayPal payments.

Could you link to their site where they offer this service please?

It's strange.... because FNB doesn't really "officially" support paypal payments, technically..
when you "withdraw" funds from paypal you basically make a "payment" to FNB (like when you buy something off ebay/etc) and FNB give you money.

Why can't other banks just do this, too?

Basically, why can't ABSA/etc just let us "buy" rands, paying with paypal?

i got a new Capitec Debit card that allows online purchasing
i completed the Securecode setup part

now, when i try to set up my Paypal account, it says that my bank declined the request
contacted Paypal, they say its not their fault-have to contact Capitec & ask them to sort it out.

anyways, what i want to know is this:
im going to sell something to a person in the US

he will pay me via PayPal in US$
can i use those US$ now & buy something from Amazon.com?


thats the part i need explained

just say i got paid US$250
and i want to buy a Kindle Fire HD for US$120

how much will i be charged in bank charges & other transaction fees?

Essentially no, you cannot use the funds from selling stuff to buy other stuff. You're required to withdraw the proceeds from any sale/service within 30 days of receipt into your PayPal account.
