FNB App and Face ID? How?

So I just got me new 13 Pro. And I honestly have zero idea how to set this up.

Having to punch my password in every time is tedious.

Please direct this lost soul to where to do this...
 
If you have face ID set up to log into your device then you will be asked if you would like to use biometrics for various apps, just say yes.

Set up FaceID
  1. Launch Settings from your Home screen.
  2. Tap Face ID & Passcode.
  3. Enter your Passcode.
  4. Tap Set Up Face ID (or Set Up an Alternate Appearance if you've actually already set up Face ID).
  5. Tap Get Started.

I had it enabled, but wasnt working for some reason. I just removed it and added it again.

Thank you very much! FNB gave me a ton of info on Smart ID's and Passports...

You should have seen how stumped they were when I asked them how to set up FNB Pay using my CC when I had previously used my debit card. Kept saying how it's automatically there, had never dealt with someone not having the set up page as first time set-up (as an aside, to add cards to fnb pay options, go account > select an account that has the card > my cards > FNB Pay, though probably changed with interface update).

I mean it did take almost 8 months to support Apple Pay can you imagine the complexity of FaceID :ROFL:

As an aside, anyone actually have a green nav money for time with FNB?

Think I've had at least an Easy account with them for about 7 years now. Wonder if it's because upgrade account resets it or something? Or only since feature launch? Last non-green for me.

Why I do not bother with them unless it is something really basic

I do have a green for 6 or more years.

Pretty sure I changed account types in the last six.

The laughable one for me is the Proven Track Record bullshit. I have no accounts and therefore I don’t get a green.

Savings on hand is also a joke. I have a **** ton of money sitting in my Home Loan but they don’t count that as savings.
