FNB app - not working just on WiFi

I'm abroad ... Here at the airport and trying to use my FNB app which refuses to work on just wifi. Is there a way to get it to work ? This is so unacceptable

Instead of the app, try using the browser on your mobile or tablet. Banking on public WiFi can sometimes remain blocked due to hacking.

Ah crap. Okay, another option, it’s a bit stupid though. Ask someone to use their cellular connection as a WiFi hotspot. I’m sure you will then be able to connect.

Hopefully you're using a VPN in that case.

Ok came right ... Bought airtime r62 for 30meg on the flight (damn expensive) vi PayPal ... Able then to go into the app and view my cc pin ...
