FNB BlackBerry Z10 fail

My wife ordered her a Z10 from FNB. Courier delivered it today and to her surprise the parcel contained a BB9980 Porsche, not a Z10. When she called the call centre they knew nothing about it and even stated they don't even sell the 9980. Has anybody experienced something like this and what can be done.
 
When signing a cell phone contract you usually have 7 days to cancel it. present the entire contents of the box and paperwork to an FNB branch and they should be able to cancel the contract for you.
 
That's a rare phone and worth more than 10 000 (before the z10 came out) keep it, sell it quick.

LOL (i laugh in a nice way) , now OP has to decide between keeping it or selling it :p.

Can a MOD move this thread to the correct place aswell.

We were thinking of keeping it but what if they realise their mistake afterwards and come looking for the phone :D
