FNB business banking crashes computer

I just tested on a computer running windows 7 and I see no problem. Tested it on business banking.

Perhaps reinstall your computer or something. Ive never had a web page blue screen a computer. Normally its a driver issue.

WTF? Blue screens usually indicate hardware errors or buggy drivers.

Please post the STOP codes from the bluescreen.

system log:

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000008e (0xc0000005, 0x8f371c82, 0xb2bc7814, 0x00000000). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 091013-18657-01.

Try change the memory?

We are just saying, that a blue screen is not normally a software issue unless its a driver software issue. Though perhaps this is the exception. Good luck on getting support.

FNB will escalate and I will hear from them in 24 - 48 hours.

I think that there must be a bug in the javascript they are using on the site. If it tries to communicate on the internet and is blocked or redirected, it should not cause a blue screen.

I need to try a non windows computer and see what happens.

I'll hazard a guess and say it's some kind of security software or firewall on the windows machines that has direct driver access to the network card. This is the only possible explanation for web access to be causing a bluescreen.
