FNB CC scheduled payment

Question to all the FNB clients who have a scheduled Credit Card payment ...

How does that work ?

Last night a debit order went off on my due date.

When I compare that to the previous 6 months, not debit order was taken.

My scheduled payment is on the 1st. And my due date is sometimes on the 3rd.

I cant explain why the debit order went off last night, as I made my outstanding balance R0

Any FNB customer in the same shoes as I am with the above description ?

Well, what was the debit order amount? Very big?

You have the monthly CC fee...

It was the minimum payment amount.

In my eyes it shouldn't have gone off. If the due date and the scheduled date is on the 1st, no scheduled payment should have gone off.

I verified that now for the previous 6 months.
