When last did you upgrade? And are you sure you are connected to the internet?

Because Chrome doesn't support Java platform anymore

Because,

The Chrome browser does not support NPAPI plug-ins and therefore will not run all Java content.

We have the same issue with an NPO with FNB Online Banking Enterprise.

There are workarounds, but the best recommendation is to use an alternative browser which supports NPAPI plug-ins.

You would also need a proof of residence to make sure the problem is not location dependent...
