FNB connect Newsgroup

Does anyone know if you can connect to saix or is newsgroups server with fnbconnect or do they have their own server ?

Las time I tried approx. 6 months ago on the "free" account - nope.

Answer is no for both.

You will have to sign up with one of the international usenet servers:

Good ones are:
1. Tweaknews - I used to use this one, but now they reject my credit card blegh. They the best tho IMHO.https://www.tweaknews.eu/
2. Nextgennews - Currently use them, tweaknews is one of their upstream providers, ran by a single south african. http://www.nextgennews.net/packages.php
3. Astraweb - Terrible with DMCA requests which are automated on their side
4. Giganews - Again terrible with DMCA requests, stuff gets deleted fast

There some others too, but those are the ones worth mentioning.

Tweaknews - the support people helped me with the credit card problem - they work very well overall, also great bang for buck.
