I'm having a problem with my FNB sim card.
When I call a person, I get cut off. Then I think no air time. Plent minutes left.
I can't receive phone calls. I only get message of a missed call, even when I sit next to the phone.
I did a sim swap still happening. With old phone as well as new phone.
The above pictures give you indication what happens.
At times when network is not available, I can't use *111# or *147#. I receive invalid USSD code etc.
Had a talk to support they did reset my phone number. Patric was his name. He did escalate network issue.
The last person I spoke to blames load shedding is the cause.
I was previous with MTN and ported to FNB.
Now my question who else has FNB sim card issues.
