FNB connect uncapped ADSL problems

I have been trying all weekend to purchase the new FNB connect uncapped ADSL and keep getting a message "Service unavailable". I have also tried the call center and cant get through. Has anyone else had a similar problem? Has anyone else managed to get the FNB uncapped ADSL? Could FNB connect put out a message if they are expieriencing problems.
 
Well TBH, the fnbconnect website is a little broken right now, as well as I can't even use my capped account properly, so not sure if they are having issues or not.

When I say it is broken, I can log in, but once I want to do anything with any of my accounts like look at transaction history ect, it takes a long time to respond, and when it does, it says "The page you requested returned an internal server error.".
