Hi

I am thinking of porting from Vodacom to FNB connect. What network does FNB run off and has anybody moved across and what have your experiences been like. I have been with Vodacom for about 15 years and I think it might be time for a change!

get a fnb connect prepaid sim and use it for a while before you port from voda.I have a fnb prepaid sim which i used for data in a wifi modem and half the time it kept disconnecting from cellc network and trying to roam on vodacom network.

Was thinking of doing the same, so I did a trial run of 1 week away from office. at many places in Eastern Cape I wasn't able to use FNB for data or calls, where the vodacom worked without issues. I guess if FNB would go Vodacom, then I would make the move otherwise it will be vodacom for the next 10 years
