Any reason FNB no longer sell the MacBook Pro retina?
Seems they only do the old NR device .?

I think this is a current stock level issue...try phoning up an istore to see if you can go there and get it and apply through FNB. That's what I did, not so long ago.

From what I saw it is because stock was limited.

iFan, if you do it via the iStore/FNB do you get the exact same deal as if you did it directly through FNB?

Yes same deal as on the FNB website plus you get it straight away if all is approved.

Exactly right!

I went in the morning applied, and was going to collect after work as I couldn't wait around. But 20min later I has an sms approval.

The general thing they told me was: 10min to apply and then a waiting period of up to 4 hours for the approval msg. mine as said took 30min (10min apply and 20min for the sms)

I applied last week for a iPad Mini + iPod through FNB, but the iPad is on back order so I have to wait, wish I had known you could do it through the iStore
