Always boggled my mind why I had to pay a fee for an illegal transaction against my account.
“Debit orders that are higher than R200 can still be stopped, disputed, and reversed via our contact centre or at any FNB branch, at a fee.”

.fees should be reversed!!
Well, there are people who will contest legal debit orders for cashflow management purposes, so how does one deter those people?

Illegal debit orders don't ask your permission.Luckily I don't use debit orders.
You don't. It's not the bank's role to enforce payment unless there's a court order.Well, there are people who will contest legal debit orders for cashflow management purposes, so how does one deter those people?
