I spoke with FNB about the allocation of eBucks for Jan 2023 based on Dec 2022 behaviour. The allocation of the eBucks is supposed to be done at the latest being 12 Jan 2023 however according to the consultant at the eBucks department , there’s a delay in the allocations and there’s no ETA.
No communication was received regarding this and for Dec 2022 I was on level 4, I’m supposed to be on level 5 for Jan 2023, this means that I’m losing eBucks with this delay. When I brought it up with the consultant, I just received a don’t care attitude.
Really disappointing from FNB.
