FNB Incontact negative amounts wrong

Did anybody else notice that FNB's incontact messages (both in the App and email alerts) show negative amounts as positive?

I couldn't figure out why my balance on my Fusion account we're increasing - until I realised it was actually negative!!

They cocked up the fusion account. Just move on over to Capitec bank.

It’s always been like this? Ive never noticed a negative number… I’ve got back to in contact emails from 2017 and it’s the same, I could go further back.

I never use my overdraft functionality - so this is the first time I've hit it (rough month). But seriously - how hard is this to fix?

Does it not say Dr or cr after the balance?

Do they show you the account balance (which can be negative) or the available balance (which should either be positive or zero)?

All the incontact messages I've reviewed have had the available balance

Available balance, but it literally seemed to increase as I spend more money (while in reality it just became more and more negative)..

Your available balance went into the negative?

That is very strange, I wasn't aware that you could have a negative available balance. Available balance should go down to zero only.
