FNB #INT pymt fee 2%

Capitec fixed rate is R175 for international payments.....BUT..... I tried twice in branch at Cresta to transfer to Canada. Both times my money was returned by the foreign bank because of missing or incorrect information. Did not get back Capitec's fees.
This is for an international SWIFT payment, not a card transaction.

Capitec charges a fixed fee up to R10 for an international card transaction:

Other banks typically charge a percentage fee e.g:

Bank Zero doesn't charge these fees, I have moved all my ZAR international payments from FNB to Bank Zero. You can open a business bank account there for free, although you need a personal account with them first.

Another alternative is for some of these accounts you can buy a gift code locally and load that onto your account.
