Hi All...

I have dead pixels on my screen and i have only had the ipad 5 days, does anyone know how the warrranty for FNB works and who do i contact for a replacement?

Thanks in advance...

Regards
Darren

How many? Have a look on apples website for their dead pixel policy and see if you qualify for a replacement.

i received my pad on wednesday afternoon n realised the sim tray wouldn eject so i took it in to vodaworld istore the next day where i recerived terrible service and after bookin in i was told i must wait approx 10 working days to be replaced.... FNB and istore should really sort this issue out, we MUST be repplaced immediatly on the spot....

Are you sure it's stuck? They sometimes take more than a little bit of effort to pop out even using Apples redesigned paper clip.

When you received it
, were they dead - or did they die after the 5 days?

That "iStore" at Vodaworld reminds me of those fake iStores in China... Seriously, take the drive to Sandton if you're in that area, to the one off Alice Road.

i have already sent it in thru vodaworld, bt i called fnb n they said it has to be sent in so i had no other choice, sandton is far for me as im carless atm, and @bwana even all the staff at istore tried

Had FNB send a courier they had it a week then sent it back with "no fault found" so i sent the service support at core a email on how no fualt was found when its there shining for all to see , it was replaced in a few days. Good service in the end !

Internationally this is what you can expect from Apple; unfortunately locally Core makes this an uncertainty.
