FNB issues today?

I'm trying to transfer an amount from my home loan to my fusion account, but I'm getting this error today:

Tried chatting to them via the on-line / in-app chat and it is absolutely useless today:
- I don't see their responses - unless it is to tell me that I haven't responded
- They don't see my chats -- apparently
- The history disappears (including the chats I tried for the last two hours)
- It doesn't seem to sync between a PC and the FNB app on the phone
- Generally useless.


Just me? Just today?

Or is FNB just going downhill?

Of course I'm flying to London tonight ...

The chat is absolutely useless today. No messages going through - other than possibly the first one. Just had "Nono" from the home loans department close the third that with me due to "no response" from my side.
 
Prob a service on the back-end that didn't start properly or a job that ran over the maintenance window.
 
had this happen to me before a few times,
try do it on the website, if it fails, try go in to a branch and get somebody there to help.
Does the website also have a secure chat feature?
I hate using the secure chat on my phone, the dumb thing never sends me notifications of the chat reply so the agent drops me and I have to start from scratch again. Secure chat is useless anyway, it’s typically manned by the most junior staff level, most as thick as can be.
 
Apparently FNB cant give a timeline when this will be resolved

If you need money, you need to complete a manual withdraw form (to get money out of your flexi)
 
Urgh such a pain - I was gonna mess around with some crypto this week and now ill have to wait a bit
