Have IT3bs been issued for FNB clients for the 2022 year yet? Closed my accounts with them around July 2021 and haven't received anything.

Currently they are are in maintenance so looks like it is not showing up (sunday 14 Aug)

Did you have any interest bearing account? if not no ITB3b will be issued.
 
Yep, downloaded mine a while back from the website.

FNB doesn't email anything anymore (unless it is a business account) - you have to use the app (or sometimes the website) for everything.

Yes I did, PW cheque/credit and a money maximiser

Yep, downloaded mine a while back from the website.

FNB doesn't email anything anymore (unless it is a business account) - you have to use the app (or sometimes the website) for everything.

That must be new, FNB used to diligently email the IT3b once a year. Since those accounts are closed now, probably going to have to phone the regular call center now :crying: Will try tomorrow

"diligently", HA! past 3 years had to download electronically, never got it by email. Yes they had the correct email, it just stopped.

Yeah the dates of delivery were a hit and miss but they usually arrived at least a month before submission deadlines
 
Actually - just noticed that I received an email called "FNB Account Statement" on 20 July with the IT3B - no idea if I requested it on the website or if they sent it themselves.
 
Meh - had to spend around 25 minutes on the phone bouncing between 4 different call center divisions to get the IT3b today but it was in my inbox before close of business - not too bad considering I broke up with them :ROFL:
