Anyone else on Online Banking Enterprise experiencing intermittent slowness on the payments tab since around March 2024?

No, but I'm having big problems trying to verify a browser session because I bought a new laptop. I now have to make all payments from my verified smartphone app which is very inconvenient to say the least, but I can't get my browser verified. Call centre is no help either.

Online Banking Enterprise has been down virtually the entire day.

FNB had a catastrophic failure of their business banking by trying to be a takealot wannbe - a blackout for black Friday.
They're trying to do many things, and none of which particularly well.
Also, I see there is a Facebook scam affecting FNB card holders, on cards they never use online.
MyBB - maybe shelve this weeks Makate puff piece and do one on FNB's failing system. There is definitely something going wrong with FNB's due diligence in many areas.
