FNB opens an account by stealth!!!!!

Go to banking this morning and find I now have a Smart Supersaver account on my profile ????

Loads of stories about how all Smart accounts have this. Crap !!! I have other Smart accounts without this.
Told not to worry it's free !!!!!! You bet it's free......crap !!!! Nothing is ever free.

Told I tried to change my email address at 02.52 this morning ??? Crap !!! Was sleeping like a baby.

Told I got a Incontact sms also at 02.52 this morning....Crap !!!!!

I buy data for a few phones regulary and the history of this was removed too.

Recipient phones numbers of this data were removed too......

Hotline seems a little bit cagey to give me info ???

Has FNB been hacked????

Seems like it.....nothing missing yet but the account is still open despite FNB promising they would close it at 10.40 this morning..
