Anyone else experiencing problems with FNB - not receiving OTP's when i log in and when i try to do a transaction. FNB Call Centre not picking up.

Surely these people should announce when they have a problem.:wtf:
 
have been able to get OTPs today no problem, just cant make cred card transactions, so perhaps there IS a prob
 
try to put your cellphone in a different location. Turn your phone off and then on, try making a phone call to some number or sending an sms. Usually results in a flood of OTP messages coming through.

Hope you'll be able to sort it out yourself ^^
 
Same thing happens to me... And when they finally do send it, it goes to the wrong number! I went to the bank twice already to change it, it just doesn't get fixed.
 
Only gripe I have is that they are too long.. my eyes not that good anymore.
 
My OTP's aren't coming through and I'm not receiving SMS's for any of my tranactions. Is anyone else experiencing this?
 
I have received my OTP's and sms but there is quite a delay after the transaction. Def something wrong
 
Yep..i had problems the whole day too..my sms's only came through after i eventually log of because of waiting too long and then it eventually times out. Very annoying but i notice this always at month end.
 
Yep, not OTPs since my login from about lunch, still waiting for them, after numerous phone calls and on off switching!
 
Mine also isn't working. Thought it was Chrome because I just switched to it.
 
You don't get an OTP when logging in anymore, only when you need to finalize a transaction. There might be an issue, but the number of times Standard Bank ****ed up with their OTP compared to FNB is enough to endure a little inconvenience to me.
 
No need for new thread.
Anyone experiencing long delays on OTP? It takes well over their default time-out.
