Is the additional cost based on value, or is it a flat rate per transaction?

And you have to wonder why in the modern world it's required to pay a fee for this.

I mean it's not like the system is changing even in the slightest to accommodate this.

Please take note, if you add a beneficiary, and pay for the first time on that beneficiary, the 'pay and clear' system won't work.

This is prevent fraud. (They don't want people to steal your money)

So a once-off payment won't have a pay and clear option then if I understand you correctly?

And yes, it's actually a load of BS to have to pay extra for this.

I dont use it for exactly that same reason! I just download the POP and email it to my suppliers.
Seems like they dont charge anymore to send POP? At least via email.
