FNB public account for Telkom and branch code

Does anyone know what the branch code is to create a beneficiary for Telkom on FNB? There is no option to create a public beneficiary but when I enter the account number listed on the FNB site and the global branch code I get an error that the branch code is invalid for the account number.

I also get an error that the account number is too short but I put zeros in front and it stopped that in favour of this new error.

Yet again FNB fail to provide a decent service, I mean what kind of bank actually does not have public beneficiaries pre-loaded?

Anyway, if anyone knows how to do this I would appreciate it very much.

They do have public beneficiaries pre loaded. Just look a bit more carefully at your create beneficiary screen...
