Great.. so we're going to have more months of crappy ups and downs while their amatuer developers screw around... Online banking and their development team are the only things of FNB that I SERIOUSLY dislike.

The missus has to go through a second stage where she has to enter the OTP but I dont.

Perhaps there is a setting somewhere but I dont see where.

Well the missus needs it as a second stage each time she logs in as well as a phishing disclaimer she has to acknowledge

I understand what phishing is and wish to continue with my online banking session.

I only have to put in the otp for new receiptents not for downloading or payments. Maybe you set up something to slow your Missus down

Plenty
When I make payments or transfers no OTP. But this may change I will see the next time I have to pay. Hopefully not too soon.

I get asked for the OTP when adding a recipient, or when making a once off payment to anywhere. But only get asked once per session.

Also had that second screen, but only the first time I used the "new" design.
