FNB Revolving Credit Facility - Missing Balance

I have a RCF with FNB. I've used a large amount of it, but still had some fund available.

When I check now, there is no funds available for transfer, and it shows only my outstanding balance.

Is this normal? Why would the available balance just disappear? Anyone else have this happen?

It's no big deal, but I don't like weird stuff happening on my banking.

If memory serves, you have to repay a certain percentage before the balance is available again. Might be 10 or so percent.

If below 15% avaliable it will show 0.
Have avaliable of 15%+ and you can transfer it out.

And it has to be only in increments of a thousand
