Hi guys,

Anyone with the mentioned product (FNB sharesaver) saw the extra R20 monthly charge ?

I cant find anything in the documentation or fees related to that at all :(

Yes and no ....

I have 2 monthly fees. One for R20 ... and another for the % of admin of the account.

I queried it now, as that in red has been there for 5 years now (as I am not new to the share saver accounts at all).

but I think it is time to cut my losses and move !

Do you mean, by "the second monthly fee," the R20 charge? I've just noticed it now. I remember attempting to access that account a year or so ago, via the website, and being informed that there were new T&Cs, containing new charges, that I would have to accept before doing so. As such I didn't bother. But now I find that they're charging me that R20 anyway!

I moved my eft’s away from FNB not costing me 1c ! Best move ever!!! I have the same without costs!

If FNB has been secretly charging customers a fee to which they haven't agreed, that's illegal.

Where did you move?

Its in their t’s and c’s! Just another way how fnb makes money

I moved the ETF’s to EasyEquities! Not costing me 1c

Thanks, mate. Thing is, of course, that I *didn't* accept the Ts and Cs! And they charged me anyway!
