the mobile device pricing option i think is a fixed monthly fee with unlimited electronic transactions but only 2 free cash withdrawals.

the pay as you use is pretty self explanatory, you pay for each transaction.

Why would you pick the pay as you use option then?

If i am not mistaken, you don't get charged a monthly fee on the PAYU option, you only get charged per transaction (sometimes people go without any trans for a whole month but not often enough ).
