So my dad asked me to sort something out for his company. He want's his secretary to be able to access her FNB account (where she can load payments but not authorize) from home as well. But it's locked into the work PC. I've looked at the profiles tab and saw that under manage users there is a time and ip restriction section, but neither box is ticked. I also see, in the crappy help section, it talks about trusted user accounts being locked into the first PC they log in with. Surely there is a simple setting to open that up to logging in from anywhere without changing any of the other account settings?

Is that the only way to do it? Dealing with customer services is normally such a soul crushing experience.

From what I know of these accounts they'd either be using an SSL cert,Keyfob authenticator or a combination to even get access to the system. Unfortunately I don't use FNB so can't say which they use,but yes the Business Call Centers are usually far above consumer level for service and is _the_ place to talk to about this
