FNB Virtual Card - is it open to all users yet?

I'd like to get a FNB Virtual Card for an online subscription, when I try add a credit card on the FNB app it doesn't make it clear whether you are adding a physical or virtual card - it doesn't overtly state it's a virtual card nor does it give any delivery options for a physical card so without confirming adding a card I'll never know... and I don't want to order another physical card.
