Hi All

Anyone else been having problems connecting to Clash of Clans since the latest update using FNBConnect?
I have a Nexus 7, S4 and use Genymotion on my PC, all Android based connections so not sure if it effects IOS as well.

Have had this issue in the past with previous versions although the last one worked no problems.

If I switch my ISP to an Afrihost account it connects no problem.

Any smart ideas as to what the problem could be?

I'm having the same problem on Afrihost, although I have business optimization(need this to optimize skype calls and limit torrents - QoS) on. It all started on the 1st of September. My guess is they might throttle the traffic in some way, or perhaps they're blocking TCP Port 9339. Supercell uses an Amazon EC2 Server farm for all their games. Currently I have to use a VPN(I use Tunnelbear, on Android as well as on Bluestacks) then connect to a UK VPN and all works fine then. I've lodged a ticket with Afrihost, as well as Supercell. I wait their response in anticipation.

By the way, BlueStacks with root and all bloatware removed and Novalauncher installed beats Genymotion on performance hands down. If you need any help with the rooting, just ask, it sometimes gets a little tricky. Have a look here for the BlueStacks Root Multitool:
