There's a folder in my temp file I want to recover. I can find it with a search no problem but cant access it. I've tried easus but for some reason doesn't find that particular folder in that location. System restore also isn't an option, anything else? It's a folder that has a bunch of applications and other files within. The application still appears in programs list.

Nah nothing.

Incase there some permission issues preventing you from getting to it i'd boot up with a linux live disk and browse to the temp folder then just copy the file/folder to a flash disk.

Shutdown, startup and shutdown again before you boot with linux or it will tell you it can't mount a unclean file system. Not a big issue as you can manualy mount it readonly.
