Hi, a friend had some virus somewhere and remove it. She fought it was on the tablet as well as install avg and run it.

Now, when opening explorer, one can only see a file called scoompa backup_id. This is also showing on my laptop. When using es file explorer app on the phone, you can see everything .There is no memory card in the phone.

What can she do to see it again.

Robert, your writing is terrible. I am not sure I can understand your problem.
I am no IT specialist, but if you know and like ES on your phone, maybe try Total Commander on Windows. Infinitely better than Explorer.

The virus probably hid all the folders...
Folder options > view > show hidden files, folders, drives.

Probably then you will just need to right click folder > properties > uncheck "Hidden"
